Initial Consultation
Before we meet, please fill out a health questionnaire and provide any recent medical tests you may have, regardless of whether you're dealing with menopause, thyroid issues, or other hormonal imbalances. In our first session, we'll explore the nuances of your well-being, taking into account your emotional health, sleep patterns, stress levels, gut and liver health, as well as lifestyle choices. This comprehensive evaluation enables me to craft a targeted treatment plan right from the start.

Diagnostic Testing & Action Plan
Depending on your specific needs, specialised tests like blood and DUTCH hormone testing may be recommended. These tests offer valuable insights into hormone levels and other vital health markers, allowing us to refine your treatment approach. You’ll begin implementing my initial recommendations over a three to four-week period. Monitoring your symptoms and lifestyle choices during this phase will aid in treatment effectiveness.

Follow-up & Ongoing Support
Our follow-up session three to fours weeks later will serve to evaluate your progress and adjust the treatment plan if necessary. For sustained well-being, I recommend at least two more follow-up consultations over the next three months. Given that hormonal conditions like menopause can be fluctuating, periodic check-ins every six months, or as needed, are beneficial for treatment adjustments. Refills of supplements or herbal mixes can be done without an appointment.
Your Consultation.
The initial consultation: 75 minute face to face or via Zoom, consultation. By the end of the consultation you will have your own personalised bespoke treatment program and be empowered with tips and tools to use straight away.
Follow up consultations:
45 mins or 30 mins
As a minimum, I recommend at least two follow up appointments over three months, but most of my clients continue to work with me for longer to keep working on their health goals.

My passion is especially ignited when helping women through menopausal and hormonal challenges, although I’m equally skilled in addressing GUT health concerns, Brain Fog and Fatigue.
